We ship from Santa Ana, California via USPS.

Our swimsuits are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to ship. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations as items go into production.

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with USPS.

RETURNS

Returns (United States)

Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return your order within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. A $7.50 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, makeup, or deodorant marks

  • All original tags and sanitary liners must be intact

  • Items must be in original packaging

We recommend wearing underwear when trying on swimwear and getting a receipt when dropping off your return to confirm it's been scanned.

Final sale items (all sale merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our California warehouse, plus an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, contact info@rhayneswim.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Exchanges: We're not able to process direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
